When you book a private playtime with us, enjoy exclusive access to a party room and our indoor playing field, with no other teams or groups sharing the space. Here’s what to expect during your time with us:
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early to check in at our customer service counter and sign waivers electronically on-site. Our staff is happy to assist with any belongings you may need help carrying from your vehicles.
The first 5-10 minutes are dedicated to team selection, equipment distribution, and a brief orientation to the field and game rules.
Games are programmed to last 10 minutes each, with staff coordinating and refereeing. Enjoy various game modes such as Team Elimination, Capture the Flag, and more. Expect a few minutes between games for adjustments and friendly banter at the “Bone Yard.”
Short breaks between games allow for quick exchanges and setup for the next game. Food breaks are not permitted during play.
No food is allowed in the arena, but capped drinks in plastic bottles or containers are permitted in the designated “Bone Yard” area. Please hold off on eating until after all games are played. Customers are welcome to bring in their own food or have it delivered.
After playtime concludes, players are asked to remain in their party room until pickup. Please ensure all belongings are packed up, and we’ll take care of the rest. We hope you had a fantastic experience with us!
